In order to prevent car parking issues,
guest are limited to a maximum of 4 cars
 
 
Ducted heating to all rooms, fans and Coonara wood heater (wood supplied). The spacious main lounge room consists of 2 large 3 seater couches, coffee table, flat screen TV, video, DVD player, DVDs, stereo system with 6 Cd stacker, tape & radio.
 
Large kitchen with the lot! Full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, saucepans, frypans, wok, sandwich maker, coffee plunger etc. Dining area has a 10 seater dining table and high chair.
 
2nd lounge room couch/double futon lounge suite chairs, TV, DVD/Playstation 2 with games. Billiards/Snooker table and darts for teens and adults and 4 in 1 games (table tennis, air hockey, foosball and pool table) for kids. Sports equipment to take to the park, cricket bat, stumps, football (pump if needed), balls, Frisbees, board games etc.
 
Fully equipped laundry- washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron etc. Outside- washing line, under cover BBQ area. 6 burner gas BBQ (cooking utensils supplied) and outdoor setting. Double car port with security gate.
 
Short walk to Marysville Pool, Stephenson’s falls and Marysville town centre.
