We require 1 night's deposit & there is usually a minimum 2 night stay.

Please be aware that bookings are not confirmed until receipt of a minimum of 50% deposit.

Mystic Mountains Holiday Cottages endeavours to maintain our cottages in a clean and tidy condition for your enjoyment. It would be appreciated if the cottage you are staying in could be left in a reasonable condition when you depart.

If extra cleaning of the cottage is required due to being left in an excessively untidy condition, there may be a cleaning surcharge of up to $50 per hour.

An important note about heating

Please be aware.

Winter in Marysville is beautiful but you are living in a sub Alpine area and it does get very cold at times. Please note the holiday cottages reflect the general heating standard of residential homes in the area. Unless the property states gas ducted heating a romantic fire, wood heater or electric heaters are your source of heat.

This may take getting used to. Please check the type of heating as per cottage detail and/or at the time of booking.
