Callista is a two bedroom house which comfortably sleeps six people and is within very easy walking distance of the town center.

An open plan living area with timber lined cathedral ceiling , has large windows opening onto the verandah and overlooking the hills surrounding Marysville provides a relaxing atmosphere all year round.

The house is warmed by wood and electric heating. It also has reverse cycle air-conditioning & heating.

Other featuires include colour TV, DVD player, video recorder, C.D. player and videos, books and magazines add to your enjoyment. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove and large refrigerator and the laundry has a washing machine & clothes dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with semi ensuite and the second bedroom has a double bed and one double bunk bed.

The bathroom has a full size bath, seperate shower, toilet and vanity basin.

An electric BBQ is also provided.
