Carnlough is a comfortable and tranquil retreat located just a short walk from the town centre. It is nestled in a beautiful garden which backs directly onto the Steavenson River and has a tree-top deck, equipped with gas BBQ and outdoor setting, overlooking a tree fern gully.
 
Carnlough has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double) and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, sandwich maker and blender. The house is warmed by a wood heater with additional electric heating in the bedrooms, and the comfortable beds have plush blankets and electric blankets. There is also a split-system air-conditioner for instant heat in the winter months and cooling in summer. Laundry facilities are not available but there is a drying rack above the heater for wet ski gear etc.
 
Other features include a flat-screen stereo TV with mini DVD home cinema/CD system; games; toiletries; hairdryer; and welcome provisions (tea/filter coffee/hot chocolate and birdseed for our beautiful native birds).
