Clancy’s is quaint newly renovated little 3 bedroom miner’s cottage a short walk from the village of Marysville. The property extends via a beautiful tree ferned boardwalk back down onto the Steavenson River with a picnic table and chairs at the water’s edge.
 
The house comprises 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6 (2 Queen and 2 King Singles). It is suitable for either 3 couples or a family. There is a cosy sitting room with an open fire place and a separate living room which opens out onto a deck complete with barbeque and dining facilities. Additional electric heating is available in sleeping and living areas and a split system air conditioner for heating or cooling in the main living area. A large dining table is situated in the kitchen and laundry facilities, including a dryer is available in a European style closet laundry.
 
The newly renovated bathroom has a large bath tub with picturesque outlook – most relaxing after a hard day of activity.
