Please read the following carefully before booking your accommodation and services through Mystic Mountain Holiday Cottage. Your acceptance of the following terms and conditions is necessary for all bookings Accommodation.
1. Bookings are not confirmed until receipt of a minimum of 50% deposit on booking. The balance must be paid at arrival by credit card or cash.
2. Keys can not be issued unless payment in full has been made.
3. Payments can be made by Mastercard , Bankcard and Visa or Money order.
4. Once a deposit has been taken details will be confirmed by letter.
The confirmation letter will record the dates, cottage, and balance payable plus instructions. It is essential that this letter is brought
at arrival.
5. Most properties have a 2 night minimum stay. Long weekends and
Holidays often require a minimum of 3 night stay.
However, there maybe opportunity for 1 night stays under certain circumstances and subject to special rates.
6. Keys to be collected at office of Marysville Country Real Estate
20 Murchison St. Marysville between 2pm and 6pm on day of
arrival. If arriving later you need to make prior arrangements before
the day of arrival. Please consult your confirmation letter for detailed instructions.
7. Standard check in is 2 pm on the day of arrival and check -out is 11 am
unless otherwise advised by Mystic Mountain Holiday Cottages. Late check out may incur a $10 per hour fee.
8. Mystic Mountain Holiday Cottages booking service is not responsible if
selected accommodation does not 'suit' the expectations of the guests.
9. Please note if a credit card details are given Mystic Mountain Holiday
Cottages will automatically debit any amounts outstanding, damage
or extra cleaning or more guests staying or linen requested if not included in the package.
10. It is the responsibility of Guests to read all terms and conditions prior to
to booking.
11. Mystic Mountain Holiday Cottages do not accept any responsibility for
Failure or Interruption of Utilities and Essential Services but
shall make every effort to contact the authorities to report such incidences
Furthermore, in the event that a faulty appliance is reported Mystic Mountain Holiday Cottages do not accept any responsibility- in its role as Booking Agent. However, the Mystic Mountain Holiday Cottages shall report such incidences to the Owners for instructions.
12. In the event any key, security device, remote control for TV,
Air conditioner etc. is lost , or goods belonging to the property are missing - payment is the responsibility of the guest.
Mystic Mountain Holiday Cottages will debit the credit card that was
given at the time of booking . If no credit card is supplied payment will
will be required to be made by cash at time departure.
1. Should any accommodation booking be varied by the Guest charges may apply. If bookings changed within 4 weeks of arrival a handling fee of $ 20 applies.
2. Any booking altered or changed in any way ie: date change, transfer, cancellation, by a guest, must be in writing or via email to Mystic Mountains Holiday Cottages. Any change will not take effect until confirmed by return mail or email from Mystic Mountains Holiday Cottages. No verbal request shall be accepted.
3. Should any bookings be varied not less than 14 days prior to arrival date (subject to availability), a charge of $50 will apply.
4. Should any bookings be varied less than 14 days prior to of arrival date the deposit may be forfeit.
1. Mystic Mountain Holiday Cottages reserves the right to cancel a booking at any stage.
2. Any booking altered or changed in any way ie: date change, transfer, cancellation, by a guest must be in writing or via email to Mystic Mountains Holiday Cottages. Any change will not take effect until confirmed by return mail or email from Mystic Mountains Holiday Cottages. No verbal request shall be accepted.
3. Any cancellation will incur a fee. If the cancellation occurs more than 45 days prior to the date of arrival a fee of $ 25 is incurred.
4. Cancellations notified 45 days or less and more than 7 days will incur forfeit the full deposit.
5. Cancellations 7 days or less will forfeit 100% of total tariff.
6. Weather conditions do not constitute a booking cancellation and forfeit of deposit will result due to weather conditions not being as expected at time of booking.
We recommend Travel Insurance to cover any medical or cancellation fees.
Please note that in the event that a property is damaged in a malicious way,
or beyond reasonable wear or tear or property is taken or lost during the course
of stay Mystic Mountain Holiday Cottages reserve the right to retain / charge a
reasonable cost for the replacement/repair of the item(s) to the Guest.
The Guest acknowledges that the credit card used for the booking may be
debited and the Guest and/or invoiced.
1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Minimum tariffs and nights may apply.
3. Unless stipulated Cottages may not have Linen supplied.
Guests are requested to check at the time of booking as to status.
If Guests require Linen ( i.e bed sheets and towels) these can be
booked for an extra charge and paid for at time of booking.
The cancellation policy applies to supply of ancillary
Services such as Linen.
