Cool Change is an exciting new holiday accommodation property. This impressive architect designed home is exquisitely finished throughout.
 
Three large bedrooms all with QS beds, BIR robes and stainless steel ceiling fans. The upstairs area via a timber staircase leads to a master bedroom with full WIR, ensuite and split system. This room takes in stunning views of the nearby ranges. Also upstairs is a large loft area and separate alcove opening onto a delightful balcony with outdoor lounges, the heater flu, which keeps the cool nights pleasant on the outside. Again, capturing the fabulous views.
 
Downstairs there are two bedrooms, the main bathroom, kitchen, living and dining. The beautifully designed kitchen has state of the art stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and granite bench tops.
 
The separate sunken lounge area has surround sound, a plasma tv and wood fire. There is also a split system. All flooring downstairs is polished concrete, upstairs is polished wood.
 
The huge shower area in the bathroom is partly lined with mini orb sheeting, the two vanities are free standing glass and the double spa is extremely inviting. There is a front load washing machine and dryer in the laundry.
 
The well maintained garden is a delight to stroll through. A large outdoor entertainment area is accessible from inside or outside with a deck area, gas bbq and lighting for great summer nights, completes the picture.
