Ellimatta provides quality self contained accommodation ideal for one or two couples. You will have this attractive period home to yourself. Ellimatta is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, lounge, dining, a full sized kitchen and a reading room. Ellimatta has an enclosed veranda to enable guests to enjoy the delights of the garden and the prolific bird life.
 
Spacious lounge has a wood heater and a split system for heating and air conditioning, TV/DVD/Cassette player, and there is also an assortment of games and reading material. A fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, sandwich maker. Also included are outdoor deck with gas BBQ, double carport and parking area.
 
All linen is provided.
