Ell-Jay is a three bedroom two storey brick house with outstanding mountain and valley views. The top floor contains the living area while the ground floor is a lock up garage.
 
A large verandah fronts the house with outdoor furniture to relax in while taking in the magnificent valley views. The lounge room is spacious and comfortable with a large colour T.V., video and a DVD, ducted heating & air conditioning, ample seating and beautiful views.
 
There are two dining areas - one adjoining the lounge room and another as part of the fully equipped kitchen. Besides a gas cook top, wall oven and microwave, there is also a dishwasher.
 
The master bedroom contains a queen sized bed with an ensuite, the second bedroom has a double bed while the third bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a shower and a bath and the toilet is separate. The laundry has a fully automatic washing machine & dryer.
 
There is a large front yard (unfenced) and even though the back yard is a lot smaller it is fenced making it safer for young children and there is a BBQ.
