Karmann Waters is a double story cedar cabin on the Steavenson River at Buxton, a stones throw from the Meeting of the Waters River Reserve and 8 minutes drive from Marysville. From your back door you can fish, swim and explore the river systems, or just sit by the river and relax your days away. The cottage is only short drives from the regions other attractions, such as Lake Mountain Ski Resort, Lake Eildon, Marysville and the Yarra Valley wine regions.
 
The cottage has been set up for maximum enjoyment with every comfort of home, including a great outdoor entertaining deck to enjoy your lunches on.
 
The very comfortable lounge dining room is serviced by A/C, gas heating and wood heating. To ensure that your relaxation is complete, there is a full entertainment system including TV, DVD, Video, CD and a stereo.
 
A fully equipped modern kitchen and laundry is also provided, including dishwasher, full size convection microwave, washing machine and dryer.
 
Up stairs you are greeted with a romantic QS loft bedroom, including large screen TV and stereo, this truly is magic for those romantic getaways.
 
Down stairs there is a further two bedrooms and a bathroom. The DB bedroom is also equipped with a TV and the other bedroom has 2 singles in bunk formation. Each bed has quality linen, doona's and electric blankets.
 
The cottage has over ½ an acre of manicured grounds to enjoy, and river frontage to admire.     (Not suitable for children under 10 years)
