Oakmont is a two storey sandstone building set in beautiful terraced gardens with lovely views overlooking the township of Marysville. The comfortable lounge room has split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, an open fire place, a 42" T.V. LCD (with surround sound & DVD) plus a stereo system. The heating system has radiators in every room.

Besides a formal dining area, the large kitchen has another dining area which opens out onto a verandah overlooking the garden. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including an electric stove and microwave oven.

There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, plus a bathroom with toilet. There is also a split-system air-conditioner for instant heat in the winter months and cooling in summer.

The upstairs bathroom has the luxury of a spa plus a shower and a separate toilet. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed while the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.
 
There are two BBQ's; the gas BBQ is situated in the Gazebo while the other is a wood-fired one set in the ground.
