Maintaining data security and using it only as you would want us to , is of a very high priority to us at Mystic Mountains Holiday Cottages. Personal information is used to process the accommodation booking or other i.e. general services requested, to undertake marketing activities and market research. Some of the information collected is vital to correctly identify the user. Other information will assist in profiling the client and utilising the data collected so that we may improve the product and services. We ask visitors providing e-mail addresses to let us know if they would like further information or updates from us or our site: only those who request it will continue to receive follow up e-mails or other communication from us. Notwithstanding, as part of the booking process you'll receive written confirmation of your booking , and may in addition receive a follow up letter/ e-mail (survey) after your stay.

Third Party Disclosure.

We may disclose your personal information to i.e. the Owners of The Cottages, subcontractors, to supply a service , to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to protect the integrity of the websites, to conduct investigations of consumer complaints or possible breaches of the law, and to associated Companies. For example, we engage third party contractors to:

To clean the accommodation supplied.
To maintain the accommodation
To provide website service
To provide undertake credit card and related services;
To Collect commissions payable to us
To provide booking information to Cottage Owners

In respect to third party contractors , we instruct and limit the contractors from using personal information about you except for the specific purpose for which we supply it. They are not permitted to retain any customer information after they have completed their contracted obligations.

Other than the above, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent.
