Rivendell is a peaceful retreat, nestled amongst a lush private garden of ferns, meandering paths and shady tall trees. From the spacious living room or wide north facing verandah, take in the spectacular view across the valley of the magical colors of Marysville and the high mountains rising beyond or just watch the birdlife in the surrounding trees. It is a 10 minute walk to the shops and cafes.
 
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom a double bed with single overhead bunk and 1 single. The house is warmed by the freestanding wood heater or instantly by a split system airconditioner.
 
The well equipped modern kitchen has a microwave, electric stove, large fridge and dishwasher. Other features include, gas BBQ, outdoor setting, CD and DVD player, washing machine, dryer, cot and high-chair, books and games.
