Waratah House is set in beautiful gardens on a slope with lovely views out towards Mt Cathedral. The kitchen/dining room has been newly refurbished and has every modern convenience including an electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. Waratah also has a split system heater/AC and espresso.

There's a comfortable spacious lounge. The wood heater is lovely to curl up in front of while admiring the beautiful mountain view and listening to music on the CD/radio. A colour TV, video and DVD are also included.

There are three bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people, one with a double bed, one with a double futon and the third bedroom contains a set of bunks. All pillows and doonas are provided.

The bathroom contains a shower and toilet, and there is also a separate toilet.

An outside entertainment area also includes a BBQ and gazebo.
